We just created a google spreadsheet which allows you to obtain your reward shipment tracking number just by entering your Kickstarter user email
All the rewards have been fulfilled with the only exception being rewards that included extension links. We are having a slight production delay and rewards with the extension links will only ship out next week.
If your reward consist of only just HyperLink watch bands and resizing tools, it has already been shipped out from our fulfillment center in Hong Kong.
Unfortunately the fulfillment center in Hong Kong (E-Services Group http://eservicesgroup.com/) were not able to update everyone with shipping notifications or tracking numbers at the point of shipping. We do have everyone's shipment tracking numbers however. We apologize for this inconvenience caused. E-Services Group have previously fulfilled many high profile Kickstarter projects so we too are surprised by this email hiccup.
A small number of backers have reported HyperLink not fitting or locking properly with the Apple Watch case. We have discovered that the issue is isolated to a small number of 42mm (mainly silver) bands in the first batch of shipment. The later batches are not affected.
