We have shipped out about half of our Kickstarter rewards. In fact some of you have already received them. Let us know what you think and tag us #hyperlink on Instagram/Twitter. Unfortunately we are still having teething issues with this new fulfillment company we are using in Hong Kong. Apparently their shipment notification email is not compatible with our email system, preventing us from sending out timely emails to let you know that your rewards have gone out. We are still trying to resolve the email issue but don't be surprised if the reward hits you before the email.

The remaining Kickstarter rewards together with all the resizing tools and extension links will ship out from our factory later this week and will hit our Hong Kong fulfillment center early next week. It is still our aim to ship out all rewards within November.

Production & Delivery Update #3

Sorry for the late update as there were a few events in flux and we were trying to confirm a few items before we give you guys an accurate update.

Shipping of the 1st batch (2000pcs) of HyperLink.

The 1st batch of HyperLinks (around 2000pcs) finally arrived at our Hong Kong distribution center last Friday. This is the first time we are working with a new fulfillment company and unfortunately there were some coordination delays associated with working with a new partner for the first time. But all is sorted out right now and we expect to ship out all the 1st batch of 2000pcs of HyperLink this week. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your reward ships out. 

Delay in the production of the resizing tool and additional expanding link pieces.

Unfortunately the resizing tools and extra links did not make it with this 1st batch of 2000pcs, so only rewards that consist of simple assortment of HyperLinks will be shipped out in the 1st batch. Rewards that have resizing tool and additional expanding link pieces will be shipped out in the 2nd batch of remaining HyperLinks.

Delay in the production of the remaining HyperLinks

Producing the HyperLinks was more time consuming than initially expected. They are all individually hand assembled and hand inspected by test inserting into an actual Apple Watch before shipping. We now expect to ship out all the remaining HyperLink Kickstarter rewards from the factory around November 25.

We are continuing to do our best to send out all the HyperLinks by November so everyone can receive them well before Christmas.

As promised in our previous Production & Delivery Update #1, we will be providing weekly updates until all Kickstarter rewards are fulfilled.

We have now confirmed that 2000pcs of HyperLink will ship out from our manufacturing facility this Friday, November 6 (Shenzhen, China time). We are 3 days off from our earlier projected schedule because the retail packaging arrived later than expected. However this delay should not affect our earlier projected delivery of the 1st 2000pcs to early bird backers hands by end of November.

Just to recap
We will splitting the Kickstarter shipment into 2 batches of 2000pcs and 4000pcs. Our shipment and delivery schedule can be found below. Early bird rewards will be shipped out first and shipping priority will be based on your backer position in the project. To ensure speedy delivery, we will be using 2 distribution centers in Fremont, California (for US based rewards to be shipped via USPS/UPS/FedEx) and Hong Kong (for International based rewards to be shipped via HK Post). The plan to get HyperLink to all backers' hands by late November, early December, well before Christmas :)

Hi Backers,

I know everyone is excited to get their hands on the HyperLink. We are excited to start fulfilling them too! This week we are finishing up with the intricate process of hand assembling, final inspection and packaging of the HyperLink watch bands. Yes they are hand assembled, just like Swiss watches and Apple's own stainless steel bands. We have to push back our early bird shipping schedule by a few days from late October to early November to ensure that our stringent quality control process are strictly adhered to. This slowed our production slightly but I hope everyone would understand and prefer that we are a few days behind schedule so that we can ship out the absolute perfect quality product.
